• Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment.

• Late arrivals of 15+ minutes may result in shortened service or rescheduling.

• Services are reserved specifically for you; respect for time is appreciated.

Booking & Payment

• A valid credit card is required to secure your booking.

• Deposits may be required for certain services (e.g., Permanent Makeup).

• Full payment is due at the time of service.

Health & Safety

• Inform us of allergies, skin sensitivities, or health conditions prior to your appointment.

• For permanent makeup, clients must be 18+ and not pregnant or nursing.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if contraindications are present.

Liability

• While we use the highest standards of care, results vary per individual.

• KOVA is not liable for allergic reactions, delayed healing, or failure to follow aftercare.

All content, branding, and training materials are property of KOVA Social & Beauty and may not be reproduced without consent.

Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada for Toronto services, and New York, USA for NYC services.
