Cancellations & Rescheduling

• 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or reschedules.

• Less than 24 hours' notice = 50% of service fee charged.

• No-shows = 100% of service fee charged.

Refunds

• Services: All services are non-refundable. If you are unsatisfied, notify us within 48 hours and we will assess adjustments at the discretion of management.

• Products: Unopened products may be returned within 7 days with receipt. Opened products are final sale.

• Courses/Training: Deposits are non-refundable. Course fees are transferable once with 14 days' notice.

Permanent Makeup Specifics

• Deposits required for PMU services are non-refundable.

• Touch-up fees are separate unless otherwise specified.

Late Arrivals

If you are late by more than 15 minutes, your service may be adjusted or rescheduled, and fees may still apply.
